Kāpiti is home — she has lived in Raumati Beach, Waikanae and Ōtaki, and now resides at Hautere, where she and her partner have brought up their family enjoying the rural lifestyle.

Two terms (six years) as an elected member of the Kāpiti Coast District Council — helping bring Air Chathams to Kāpiti, progressing Otaraua Park, and declaring a local Climate Emergency.

Board member of the Electra Business Awards; Trustee of the Kāpiti Women's Triathlon.
2024 – Present
